You may claim refund for a project only if the work has not yet started on the project and the request is made within 7 days from the date of payment. The refund will be processed after deducting any applicable transaction charges from the amount. Refund amount will be Credit on your bank account with in 5 to 7 working days. However, once the work has started on a project or the request is made post 7 days from date of payment, no refunds will be issued. In case of the premium service option, unlimited revisions up to 14 days from delivery of work, and for Standard service option, unlimited revisions up to 30 days from delivery of work, are offered. At the Basic option, 1 free round of revision is offered. Please feel free to exercise this option for any changes to the content.
